More arrested related to black web
TuVinhSoft)Members who “positively developed” a porn-webpage which is said the largest of its kind in Vietnam, mocxi.com, were arrested in the past few days.
According to police, at least two more were arrested on November 18, raising the number to 15. These people are defined as members who “positively developed” this porn site.
