Hello
I’m extremely interested in the Blue Glow Dreamy Portrait Effect for the young lady and have searched all over the net to found the site had a fatal damage to the hardware. The other version is the young toddler, which the instruction is too brief and do not have the details for the beginner. For example, the first 3 steps:
1. Duplicate it twice, set the new layer to screen 25% & set soflight 40% for the other.
2. Create a new layer and put it on top. Fill color #fff200 and set softlight 41%.
3. Now duplicate the background image.
To the above 3 steps.. I have no idea what to click on my CS5.
Please do help the beginners
Thanks so much
